As a special treat, we design "Portrait Safaris" to different locations in the Pacific Northwest for a truly unique and special Portrait opportunity. A Portrait of your Family amid the beauty of these locations makes a spectacular Wall Portrait to cherish in your Home. We schedule a limited number of Families to meet us throughout the day.

Skagit Valley Tulip Fields:

One of our most popular events, the beauty of the Skagit Valley during the blooming of the tulips and daffodils is incredible, even on a cloudy day.

Mt. Shuksan/Picture Lakes:

This is also one of our most popular portrait safaris, so book early. We'll meet you by the Mt. Baker ski lodge by Picture Lake. There is a trail around the lake which gives us a variety of different backgrounds for truly memorable Portraits A view of Mt. Shuksan isn't always possible due the vagaries of Northwest weather, but the vistas are always beautiful

        Birch Bay/Semiahoo Beaches:

A local favorite, where you can stroll along the shores looking for crabs, dig for clams or just enjoy the views!

Cannon Beach, Oregon:

This is perhaps the most fun you'll have on a Family vacation. Spend quality time walking the beach, sampling the chowder or visiting the arcades in Seaside (5 minutes away.) Or take your sweetheart on a romantic getaway for some rest & relaxation. If you love the beauty of a real ocean, this is the place where we can create a special one-of-a-kind Portrait for your Wall.

What is copyright?

All photography and corresponding materials are copyrighted and can only be reproduced with studio permission

Can I pay with a credit card?

Cash and Checks are preferred......visa/mc accepted upon request.

When do I pay for my Portrait Session?

The fee for your Portrait Session is due the day you are photographed. Please include tax.

In order to help make your Portrait experience a success, we provide a complentary Portrait Consultation for all Families and Children's Sessions aboaut 2 weeks before your session.  Here we discuss the style and mood of your portrait.

How do I choose and order our Portraits?

At the time of your portrait session we will set an appointment  to view your images and place your Finished Portrait Order (about 14 days after your Portrait Session). All images are viewed by projection so you can see the different sizes that your portrait can be and what you prefer.

Please have all decision makers present at the viewing of your images and leave small children at home or bring someone to watch the children during the projection session. You will be glad to have the uninterruped time to really enjoy making your Portrait selections. A 50% payment is needed to process your Portrait Order with the balance due when your Portraits are ready (about 3-6 weeks).

Exclusive Online Preview Area

After your viewing/order session we can put up your favorite images for out-of-town Family on our online viewing system. Out of town family can order on the online system too.  It is best for family close by to make an appointment to come to the studio so we can answer questions and show the different options available for them to choose from.(more)
